Mavalow Labs offers a range of Web3 marketing services, including but not limited to:

• Social content creation and management
• Digital advertising
• Email marketing
• Project creation and launch support

3. Client Obligations

To enable us to deliver our services effectively, clients are expected to:

• Provide accurate and complete information about their project and objectives.
• Grant necessary access to relevant platforms and accounts.
• Respond promptly to requests for approvals and feedback.

4. Payment Terms

• Payment terms, including fees and schedules, will be outlined in individual service agreements.
• Invoices are payable within 14 days of issuance unless otherwise agreed upon.
• Late payments may incur interest charges as permitted by law.

5. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary or sensitive information shared during the course of the engagement.

6. Intellectual Property

• Any original materials created by Mavalow Labs during the provision of services will remain the property of Mavalow Labs until full payment is received, at which point ownership will transfer to the client.
• Clients warrant that any materials provided to Mavalow Labs do not infringe on the intellectual property rights of third parties.

7. Limitation of Liability

Mavalow Labs will perform services with reasonable care and skill. However, we do not guarantee specific outcomes, such as particular search engine rankings or levels of engagement. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the services in question.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice if the other party breaches any material term of the agreement and fails to remedy the breach within 14 days of notification.

9. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.

10. Amendments

Mavalow Labs reserves the right to amend these Terms of Service at any time. Clients will be notified of any significant changes.
